The store is closed. Can I still get help with my existing order?

Of course.  Our team is working hard to fulfill all outstanding orders and customer support will continue to be available to answer any of your questions regarding the status or your order and to assist with any issues once your order has been delivered.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

Your credit card is charged at time of purchase so once submitted, your order cannot be cancelled.  Due to the volume of orders, we are not able to make any changes to your address or order contents before orders are processed for shipping. Because of this, we recommend that you carefully review your order, to include billing and shipping information, before submitting your order.

Can I return my item?

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

What if my order arrived damaged or if I received the wrong item?

Damaged or incorrect orders qualify for a complimentary replacement. The damaged / incorrect product must first be returned in its original condition before a replacement will be sent. Please contact customer service for assistance.

When will I receive my order?

Most orders ship within one week, then take 1-5 business days in transit before arriving at their destination. Orders may experience longer processing times due to high demand, inclement weather national holidays, the pandemic or if an item is temporarily out of stock. We do not guarantee the date of delivery.

Please note the estimated shipment dates on products.

We will send you a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. Light packages are sent by First Class Mail and may not have tracking information available.

100% of our products are made in U.S.A. and union printed.
